In addition to the 2 Hours CE Credit you will receive, this class will also satisfy National Association of REALTORS' (NAR) new Fair Housing training requirement. Beginning January 1, 2025, all active NAR members must complete two hours of Fair Housing Training every three years. This requirement coincides with NAR's existing Code of Ethics requirement.
The purpose of this class is to provide real state professionals working in today's diverse real estate environment with the knowledge and information they need to understand the importance of fair housing laws and insure they are responsibly practicing real estate in a nondiscriminatory fashion.
