The Florida REALTORS Legal Hotline is a service available exclusively to members. Florida REALTORS Associate General Counsel, Joel Maxson, has compiled a list of the top 10 most frequently asked questions for the Legal Hotline, which will be reviewed during this course. Course Objectives: Students will understand, explain and explore many legal topics, including advertising requirements, service animals, contracts and more!!! The course will provide exercises to further a student's knowledge of common legal situations and contracts, while delving into common issues that REALTORS face in their careers.
