Jamie Booth grew up among the exquisite south shore community of Long Island in New York surrounded by the bountiful bodies of water including the Atlantic Ocean, bays and inlets which span across 118 miles. She was raised as a child from a commercial fishing family where summer breaks were spent taking a 20 min boat ride across the bay to the pristine protected National Seashore of Fire Island. An island where no cars were allowed and boardwalks led you barefoot to deep soft sand of the ocean. This is where her entrepreneurship all started ticking at the age of 11 getting cash tips for serving vacationers from all around the world who visited by ferry. She would greet them at the ferry and offer to use her red wagon and fill it full of their liquor and food to transport to their beachfront homes. She also painted large seashells and sold them off a blanket at the beach. Reason for her tagline and niche in the real estate business is  “She Sells HOMES By The Seashore”

After her college years majoring in fine arts and design she raised her family in the desirable waterfront  neighborhood of The Hamptons, experiencing the laid-back lifestyle and quaint, small town feel while still having access to NYC in an hour to conduct business.

Florida, and in particular Hernando Beach situated with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico is not new to her. Jamie has been visiting this area as a child on family holidays almost 40 years with a family member owning a waterfront home looking to escape those cold brutal winters. One of her goals was to eventually be situated in Florida because of her love for the outdoors, warm sunshine, water activities and nature. Florida sure has plenty of this and she absolutely loves it here!

With an entrepreneurial expertise developed over years from being a Founder and President of three businesses, one being a National Service Company and owning the rights of territory that consisted of the 5 boroughs of NYC. She understands the caliber of establishing customer relationships. Making you feel at ease, executing professional traits and making ethical decisions is a portion of creating long lasting business relationships which will carry into her real estate career with and for you. 

As a real estate professional she will be serving clients from listings, first-time home buyers, relocation, vacation home, investment property or international buyers. Jamie’s real estate endeavors consist of selling your property and locating solid investment properties for her buyers, from rentals, tropical poolside condo or perfect beachfront vacation home.

Jamie combines her knowledge of business ownership, project management, advertising design and sales, all combined to achieve real estate goals. She leverages her relationships cultivated over the years in project management of multi-million construction projects with property owners, architects, subcontractors, permit expeditors, government entities, private and non-profit clients and will be utilizing the latest technology and top marketing talents among the Keller Williams team. She brings to the table the kind of dedication and ambition that gets the job done for each and every one of her clients with gratitude, efficiency and professionalism. 

While Jamie is in constant pursuit of great milestones in her career, she takes time to balance work with her pleasure.  She loves the peacefulness of paddle boarding amongst the canopied trees of the natural springs or open waters of the Gulf, plays pickle-ball at a local church and has the taste buds of being a “foodie”.  Being able to spend time with her family and meeting new people she cherishes very much. She has volunteered in the past fostering for animal shelters and has found it very rewarding for both her and the fosters to socialize and prepare them for their forever homes.
